Vicky Hayhurst is Hayhurst & Co’s Lead Trainer and CEO. With a degree in communications and 23 years of leadership experience, Vicky is also a skilled facilitator and a qualified workplace coach. Vicky has worked in the private and public sectors, including 21 years in both the client and supplier sides of Higher Education and has been a senior lead in change management programmes at two universities. Having worked with over 100 universities and delivered training at more than 40, Vicky is well known and trusted within the sector. As a former Chief Strategy Officer, Vicky is passionate about helping our clients strive for excellence while also setting realistic goals and taking a pragmatic approach to overcoming challenges faced by those in university leadership roles.
