Trond-Morten Lindberg is BDO’s CEO for EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa). In his role he is overseeing growth and development strategy of BDO in 97 countries across three continents, and various cultures.

Before joining BDO’s Global Leadership Team, Trond-Morten was the Managing Partner and CEO of BDO in Norway for 8 years. Having joined the firm in 1999, he has become a partner in 2006. In 2010, at the age of 30, he was elected the Managing Partner of the firm. Since then, he has lead the firm through transformation and grown BDO in Norway through a series of strategic changes and mergers.

Trond-Morten is a graduate of BI Norwegian Business School.
