As an industry professional for the last 14 years, Sara Dier (“Deer”) leads strategies for annual giving stewardship and engagement at the Oregon State University Foundation. She runs programs associated with recognition, retention and volunteerism for OSUF's leadership annual giving circle, affinity programs, women's leadership giving, parent advancement and employee participation. Prior to her time at OSU, Sara was the foundation director for Clackamas Community College, establishing comprehensive fundraising strategies for annual and major giving while chairing the Oregon Community College Foundation Consortium.
