Rachael will soon enjoy her seven-year work anniversary at the University of Melbourne, where she held IT business relationship roles before joining the Advancement team 18 months ago as the Deputy Director of Operations. The favourite part of Rachael's work day is joining people together to solve shared problems and coaching her team so that they can achieve their goals.

Prior to joining the higher education sector, Rachael spent five years in medical research, and seven years prior in IT consulting. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Computing and a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Accounting), but please don't ask her to write code or do your tax return!
