As the Director of Institutional Advancement, Jen oversees all fundraising and alumni programs for The Episcopal Academy including overseeing the school’s $7 million annual giving program, leading Shape Tomorrow - a comprehensive campaign which has raised over $113 million to date in support of financial aid and teaching and learning at EA, developing sophisticated constituent engagement and donor stewardship programs, and serving as a member of the school’s leadership team and the liaison to the Advancement Committee and Governance Committee of the Board of Trustees.

Jen joined The Episcopal Academy Development Office in 2004 as an Assistant Director of Alumni Relations and moved into the roles of Director of Young Alumni Programs, Director of Annual Giving, Campaign Director, and Associate Director of Institutional Advancement before being named Director of Institutional Advancement in 2017. During her tenure at Episcopal Jen also served as an advisor in the Upper School and co-taught a leadership course for Upper School students.

Jen received her bachelor’s degree in Communications and her Masters of Business Administration from Villanova University.
