This facilitated, in-conversation session invites advancement leaders into a candid exploration of how alumni volunteer engagement has evolved, why traditional models are struggling, and what today's realities demand of leadership. Drawing on lived experience across institutional contexts, participants will examine shifting motivations, structural inequities, and emerging models of service. Expect thoughtful dialogue, honest tension, and practical reframing-not easy answers.
