Join Jenny Cooke Smith (CASE) and Julie Decker (Florida State University) as they explore shifts in engagement strategy—from data use to measuring engagement across key constituencies beyond alumni. Julie will share how Florida State is planning for an outcomes-focused future, while Jenny offers insights and solutions from across the field. Then, on Monday from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., we will continue the conversation in a Strategy Lab session to workshop ideas and actions to increase engagement.
