As advancement practitioners, we can get very focused on our day-to-day. Sometimes it is important to get outside-in perspectives on the work we do and the impact we are having. How are we connecting in our communities? How might we engage more effectively across constituencies and even our critics? In this morning’s plenary, we will hear perspectives from leaders about how we might more effectively convey our institutions’ promises and strengths to our many stakeholder groups.
