CASE COVID-19 Policies and Guidelines
To promote safety and well-being, CASE Asia-Pacific requires all attendees, exhibitors, and staff to adhere to the prevailing regulations and guidance on COVID-19 of the local government prior to participating in person at any conference.
Also, all attendees and exhibitors will be asked to agree to the following COVID-19 policies and guidelines at point of registration:
- By registering for this conference, I agree that I will carefully review and, during the event and all event-related activities, comply with all applicable COVID-19-related federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidance, including but not limited to, the specific local COVID-19 regulations, linked below, and any other protocols that may be implemented by CASE or the conference venue.
- I acknowledge that CASE cannot guarantee that attendees will not be exposed to or contract COVID-19 while attending the conference, and that by attending they may be exposing or increasing their risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.
- I understand that CASE will continue to closely monitor conditions related to COVID-19 between now and the start of the conference and that CASE reserves the right to modify its COVID-19 related procedures and health screening protocols in its sole discretion at any time. Registrants will be informed of any such changes on an ongoing basis. As a condition of attendance and participation, I agree to follow the protocols as required by CASE and/or the conference venue. Refusal to abide by CASE’s COVID-19 related procedures may result in ejection from the conference and cancellation of their registration, without refund.
Mask-wearing is dependent on local guidelines of each event but is welcome.
How to Register
Online: Login is required to register online. You can register online using a credit card as payment for conference fees. To register, select the conference you want from the conference calendar.
Registration Procedures and Deadlines
- If you are employed by a CASE member institution, you may register at the member rate.
- To ensure your name appears in all on-site materials, CASE must receive your registration no later than fourteen (14) business days prior to the start date of the conference. You may still register after the deadline if space is available. For more information, please call +65 6016 4580.
- Your registration is complete when payment is received in full.
- Contact CASE for exhibitor and sponsorship information.
Confirmations
- Once your conference registration has been processed you will immediately receive an email confirmation receipt. If you have not received an electronic receipt two weeks prior to the conference start date, simply call +65 6016 4580 to request a confirmation.
Hotel Reservation Procedures and Deadlines
- CASE negotiates a special hotel rate for conference attendees; hotel accommodation is not included in your conference registration fees. You are responsible for making your own hotel reservation.
- The deadline is generally four weeks prior to the start of the conference to make your reservations at the special CASE conference rate. Please check the website for specific hotel information about each conference and make your reservations promptly to ensure room availability at the discounted rate.
- Occasionally, room blocks fill before the hotel deadline, although the hotel may have additional rooms at a higher rate. If the conference hotel is completely sold out, consult your travel agent for alternative lodging.
