CASE NAIS Welcome Reception at the MOPOP
Notes:
• CONFERENCE BADGE REQUIRED FOR ENTRY.
• The venue will be open to attendees until 8:30 pm if they wish to stay to explore the exhibit. A cash bar (credit card only) will be open for these extended hours from 7:30-8:30 pm.
Join us at the iconic Museum of Pop Culture to unwind, connect and celebrate the first day of the conference in a space that fosters creativity and innovation. Enjoy drinks and hors d'oeuvres while mingling with your peers. Later in the evening explore the exhibits—from grunge and gaming to sci-fi, fantasy, and music lab.
Get there by shuttle bus:
• Shuttle buses will loop to and from the MOPOP and the Hyatt Regency Seattle. Note that there may be a wait between shuttle arrival and pick up.
• Shuttle Buses to the reception will leave from the hotel restaurant entrance of the Hyatt Regency Seattle starting at 5:45 pm.
• The last bus back to the hotel from MOPOP departs at 8:45 pm. Attendees who do not take the buses back are responsible for their transportation back.
Get there by Monorail (12-minutes):
• The Monorail travels directly between Westlake Center Mall (5th Avenue and Pine Street) and Seattle Center (adjacent to the Space Needle and MoPOP). There is only one stop so you won’t get lost!
