Managers, and particularly new managers of new teams, face the dual challenge of driving performance while nurturing resilient, supportive teams. This roundtable explores how effective use of data can empower managers to make informed decisions, motivate colleagues and demonstrate progress. We’ll look at the University of Glasgow’s major gifts fundraising team as a case study to highlight the transformative power of data in building successful, adaptable fundraising teams.
