In this session a panel of leaders will explore how fundraising and advancement leaders can lead their teams through these challenging times for education institutions. Is it possible to do more with less? How can you respond to budget cuts and remain on track to deliver your strategic goals? Is it possible to get investment? The session will consider how teams can align themselves to institutional goals and demonstrate their value in these tough times. This includes the important topic of managing upwards – being an effective part of the senior leadership team at your institution.
