This session will explore what prospect development specialists can bring to Higher Education Institutions more broadly. Jo will share her reflections on her first year working outside of prospect development and provide examples of how she has applied her previous experience to bring about change at King’s across partnerships governance and a portfolio of high-impact programmes. The session hopes to give anyone working in advancement operations a different perspective on potential career opportunities and how they can leverage their expertise in their own organisations.
