This session uses our endowment projects as a practical case study to show how a complex project was delivered alongside busy day-to-day work. By looking at how the University of Sheffield and Imperial approached the same challenge, it brings two institutional perspectives on navigating governance, data, hierarchical structures, and cross-team collaboration.

Rather than a project-management masterclass, this will be a candid look at real endowment work, sharing practical tools, honest lessons learned, and approaches that helped us navigate change within a busy, layered environment.
