Abbey Ward from the University of Hull will share her experiences of delivering a large-scale digital transformation project alongside business as usual (BAU) and a significant people change initiative with limited resource. The roundtable will open discussion for how to:

- Become an expert in delivering information on what is achievable and realistic to non-experts or members of leadership teams.

- Negotiate areas of BAU to stop, pause or move elsewhere.

- Give yourself grace and reset your own bar on what is achievable, how to choose what matters the most.
