Terri Appel is the Director of Advancement for the English Schools Foundation (ESF). She is responsible for the areas of alumni relations, development and events management, working closely with the Communications and Finance teams.

Terri has her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and her master’s degree from Columbia University. During her 22 years in Hong Kong, Terri has worked as both a volunteer and paid consultant, with several not for profit and service organisations. In 2010, Terri shifted her focus to the education field and became Director of Business Development for Generations Christian Education, a position she held for five years before moving over to the ESF in 2015.
