Susanna Ritala is a Manager in the Aalto University Alumni Engagement and Career Services team with responsibilities in alumni life-wide learning and community development. She has seen alumni engagement, communications, CRM, platforms, events, mentoring, fundraising and career services from different viewpoints as she has been working 15 years on alumni relations in various positions. She is also herself an alumna from the Aalto University School of Business with a master’s degree in International Business.
