Rita Dibble brings a two-decade experience to Metropolitan State University. A Rotary International graduate Fellowship brought her to Syracuse University where she acquired her second Master's degree. In her two-decade career, she has won fundraising awards at the American Cancer Society and was named the HBCU Alumni Director of the year while at the Lincoln University of PA.

Ms. Dibble is drawn to the mission cause and purpose of Metropolitan State to building on the vision set out by President Virginia Arthur.
