Arpana’s three decades of corporate experience spans a diverse range of industries including Health, Hospitality, Management Consultancy and Education in India and the U.A.E. Following over 19 years’ experience within Higher Education in the U.A.E in cross-functional leadership positions, her recent role as Head of Alumni and Industry Relations has been a strategic one in pioneering sustainable initiatives that transformed the function with year on year robust growth, with developing and leading strategic stakeholder partnerships, embedding innovative programs to strengthen connections, broaden networks, optimise synergies and support corporate and national goals.

Arpana is currently a Business and Higher Education Consultant, supporting organisations and academic institutions to streamline their processes around key areas like Student Internship Framework and Alumni Relations Business Model. She offers project advisory with end-to-end solutions to help organisations enhance competitiveness and social impact through strategy design and execution of business models, best practises and cross-sectoral collaborations for driving growth and leverage value creation.

Arpana has extensive exposure in working with C-Suite Executives and Boards which have contributed to her expertise and ability in identifying strategic priorities, structuring business plans with clear deliverables and facilitating/enabling execution.

Arpana is committed to Corporate Social Responsibility and is a pro bono consultant with a NGO. She is an Industry thought leader invited to speak at distinguished forums. She holds Board positions. Arpana is dedicated to development of young talent through Masterclass sessions and Mentors students and young professionals.

Arpana has acquired online Certifications in Business Sustainability Management from the Cambridge Institute of Sustainable Leadership, University of Cambridge, Competitive Strategy and Innovation from London School of Economics, UK. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wollongong. She obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics and Public Health Nutrition from Delhi University and is a Bachelor in Science from Panjab University-India.
