Ping Gallivan serves as the Assistant Director of the Business Intelligence (BI) Development team within Strategic Planning and Analytics at NYU. She has more than 15 years of data reporting, data management, and hands-on experience with different BI solutions, and more than 10 years of management experience. In her current role, she embraces a results-driven approach to data reporting management, a focus on successfully managing professional relationships, and consistent attention to detail. She is responsible for designing, planning, developing, and building BI solutions to support NYU’s fundraising efforts. Her strengths include relating to and working well with colleagues at different levels and from different teams both external and internal. She has been instrumental in fulfilling all data requests and developing the majority of BI solutions to support insights for decision-making throughout the Office of University Development and Alumni Relations.
