Swansea has seen a shift in its approach to digital marketing over the past two years and in that time, the Digital Marketing Team have overhauled the website, introduced governance and processes, and upskilled staff. Considerable effort went into engaging and working with seven colleges and professional services units to deliver major projects such as the website.
The presentation will discuss how we are developing a project-led approach using change management and design-led techniques to break down the Central vs Colleges mentality to create a fast and efficient model.
