Leslee Gensinger has been a learning and development professional since 2008 with a focus on onboarding new hires and organizational and leadership development. Leslee holds a Bachelor's degree in marketing and communications (2000) and a Master's degree in management and leadership (2013) from Liberty University. She is also a Gallup certified StrengthsFinder Coach, a Vital Smarts certified Crucial Conversations facilitator, and an Arbinger Institute certified facilitator for their Developing and Implementing and Outward Mindset program. Additionally, she has experience with diversity and inclusion development at Virginia Commonwealth University with the building inclusive communities program through the division for inclusive excellence

Leslee is currently working on building out a comprehensive onboarding program for VCU's Development and Alumni Relations unit that includes all frontline fundraising staff for 18 schools and units at the university. Leslee resides in Chesterfield, VA with her husband and two fur-babies.
