Bill McCausland is responsible for leading the University of South Florida Alumni Association to its goal of supporting USF’s success by engaging and connecting students, alumni and friends to the university and one another. As the Alumni Association celebrates 50 years in 2019, this Preeminent State Research University has more than 348,000 graduates worldwide.

Bill currently serves as secretary on the CAAE (Council of Alumni Association Executives) Board of Directors and as the chair of the Alumni Council of Executives of the American Athletic Conference. Prior to USF, Bill was chief operating officer at the Ex-Students’ Association of the University of Texas. He received an undergraduate degree in journalism in 1983 from the University of Texas at Austin and graduated from the University of South Florida with an MBA in 1996.
