Shayoni Lynn specialises in data-driven communications and behavioural science.

Shayoni has a track record of success delivering campaigns with measurable outcomes and organisational impact. Her programme at Cardiff University was pioneering and put strategic thinking, audience insights, and measurement and evaluation at the heart of all activity.

A former journalist, Shayoni has been working in public relations for over 10 years; she has worked in both public and private sectors. Shayoni is Chair of the Wales Group for the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA), the world's largest PR and communications association. As Group Chair, she represents Wales on the PRCA Council. Shayoni sits on committees for Government Communications Service (GCS) South West and Wales, PRCA Measurement and Evaluation, and CIPR Education and Skills. She is an industry awards judge and a regular speaker at CASE, PRCA, CIPR, and GCS events. In 2019, Shayoni was recognised in the top 35 business and professional women in Wales (WalesOnline 35 under 35).
