Bio

I graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a BSc in International Relations in 2023. I loved the breadth of topics IR allowed me to study and it is through my desire to explore certain aspects of international politics in more depth that I started volunteering.

I have mainly worked with organisations advocating for the agency and rights of women. For instance, I have regularly been involved with a political party in the UK fighting for this cause.

I also participated in a research project led by a charity in which we studied the experiences of women and girls in immigrant communities in South London. This year, I worked with a team as part of LSE’s Community Engagement Programme. We interviewed the volunteers of a sustainability-focused UN group to evaluate the advantages and pitfalls of student volunteerism. All these experiences have taught me the importance of fundraising, for non-profits in particular.

Outside of university and volunteering, I have been dancing for most of my life and am passionate about the performing arts in general. The skills I have developed through this, as well as during my degree and volunteering have been invaluable, and I am excited to learn more with CASE.
