Bio

Lyndsay has over 30 years' experience of operating at a senior level within the HR arena. She supports boards and leadership teams by helping them get the most from their people and build robust talent management strategies, which meet the needs of the organisation. She worked on the HEFCE report: An emerging profession: The Higher Education Philanthropy Workforce and mentors the CASE Graduate Trainees.

Prior to working as a consultant, Lyndsay was a Divisional Director at BBC Worldwide where she headed up the HR and Employee Development teams and implemented management development and change programmes across the BBC.

Within the higher education sector Lyndsay has developed and implemented training programmes and talent initiatives for a range of institutions including the University of Oxford, King's College London and UCL She has also worked for Richmond Associates as an associate consultant and in this capacity, she has worked with a wide range of educational institutions.

Lyndsay is an experienced executive and career coach and has a particular interest in supporting individuals undergoing career transition.Â
