Kristen Regan is a business analyst at The Ohio State University Foundation for the Advancement Records department.

While in school, she began working as a student caller and hiring manager for Ohio University, developing a passion for fundraising. After graduating, she began working at The Ohio State University Foundation as a gift and biographic records processor in the Advancement Records department. In 2015, she started a new role in Advancement Records as quality control processor, helping to develop the new quality control program. In 2017, Regan was promoted to the role of quality control supervisor in the department, leading the quality control effort for the department and managing a pair of individuals. She moved into her current role in the department in 2019.

She received her bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology with a minor in business from Ohio University. She also received a Certificate in Public and Noprofit Leadership.
