John Rux-Burton has spoken across the world.  In 2006, he was awarded the Atenier Medal by TU Darmstadt for his global contribution to education philanthropy.

He is the CEO of Shared Vision. They are both the makers of Serafina, the Blackbaud integrated solution to Regular Giving management, and Regular Giving consultants.  They have assisted over 300 appeals from Canada to China, Northumbria to New Zealand, raising more than £160m from approaching 400,000 donors.
