Heather is the Director of Advancement Information Services at Loyola University in New Orleans.  She started her career at Loyola in Stewardship in 2012. Heather received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Tulane and a Master's in Business Administration from Loyola. While at Loyola, Heather has participated in campaign launches, campaign wrap celebrations, database conversions, paperless initiatives, ERP implementations, and campaign planning with analytics data. Heather's approach to Advancement Information Services is to "look beyond the spreadsheet" and focus on the alumni, donors, and stake holders that drive our work.
