Erik Olson-Kikuchi is the Director of Admissions & Development of Nagoya International School (NIS) - a diverse, inclusive school in Nagoya, Japan offering the IB PYP, MYP and DP programmes. Originally a graphic designer from Minneapolis in the U.S., Erik enjoys heading a small-shop with a great team at a growing international school with everything from parking duty tasks and capital campaigns to admissions management on their plate. Erik feels that helping parents understand our schools and make the best decisions for each of their children is at the heart of what we do, and keeping that all mission-focused and financially stable is our challenge as school leaders.
