Ross is a senior executive with over 20 years' experience in tertiary education, the last 10 in advancement. Joining Victoria University in October 2017, Ross is responsible for building fundraising and alumni engagement capacity, and the philanthropic culture of the University's communities. From 2007, the former director of campaign operations at the University of Melbourne led the early years of fundraising capacity-building then took responsibility for operations for the first philanthropic campaign in 60 years - Believe - The Campaign for the University of Melbourne. It reached its initial goal of $500 million two years ahead of schedule.
