Dickson is a seasoned Senior Philanthropy Advisor to philanthropists across Asia, contributing high impact strategies and initiatives to their philanthropic legacies. Dickson spent more than 16 years serving in senior positions, and advising leading non-profit organisations to maximise impact at community and national levels.

Dickson was also a Director of the inaugural CASE Asia-Pacific Board and was a regular volunteer and speaker at CASE events and masterclasses. He was a member of the worldwide Steering Committee for “Reimagining CASE 2017-2021”, which formulated the CASE Strategic Plan.

Prior to serving the non-profit sector, Dickson spent 10 years in engineering, developing strategic investments and exclusive distributorships in the semiconductor industry across Asia.
