Charlie Jeffery is Vice Principal for Public Policy and Impact and Professor of Politics at the University of Edinburgh. He currently directs the ESRC Future of the UK and Scotland programme focused on bringing high quality social science into the Scottish constitutional debate as Scotland’s independence referendum approaches.
