Cassie has worked in advancement her entire career: in annual giving and advancement operations at Washington and Lee University, as a senior associate at Bentz Whaley Flessner focusing on operations and annual giving, at the University of Richmond in advancement data and reporting. In 2015 Cassie returned to W&L, her alma mater, and currently serves as the executive director of advancement operations.  Her current role focuses on all back-end aspects of the advancement division, including database management, gift accounting, data integrity and reporting, the online community, prospect research, and analytics.
