Bio

Brea’ Miller received her Bachelors from University of Central Oklahoma and Masters at the University of Central Missouri. She worked as an Annual Giving graduate assistant while in grad school and is where she was introduced to advancement. In fall 2017 she received the “Emerging Student” scholarship, where she was able to attend her first CASE conference and was introduced to Sue Cunningham who spoke about CASE Advancement Internship Program. As the annual giving graduate assistant, she supervised student callers for the phon-a-thon program and helped execute the first-ever giving day. She also served as a CASE intern in 2018 and 2019 for Georgia College and State University (GCSU). In summer 2018, she worked closely with the athletics Development Officer and helped them build a crowdfunding page for their athletics department and later the university. In summer 2019, she worked with all the Development Officers to create their first-ever "GC Giving Challenge" which launched in September 2019. The “GC Giving Challenge” was a 48hr fundraising challenge for the four colleges, the library and campus initiatives to fundraise for a project in their respective departments. Since participating in the CASE Advancement Internship Program, she has become the Assistant Director of Alumni Programs at Texas Woman’s University, where she works closely with alumni chapters and affinity groups to help market and plan alumni events in their areas.
