A well-defined personal brand can help you succeed in the workplace.  

Speaking with others, delivering presentations, and making connections is a large part of building a personal brand, all of which can be especially daunting to introverts.  

A recent Forbes article offers these other tactics for introverts to use to elevate their personal brand: 

• Highlight your qualifications on LinkedIn. Keep an updated LinkedIn profile and participate in industry group chats.  

• Control your online narrative. Post things on your social media channels that promote your professional roles.  

• Set small goals. A goal could include showing your face on social media once a week to build trust.  

• Be transparent. It is acceptable to admit that you are an introvert.
