Nicole leads business development and support for Facebook's Long Tail clients globally (small businesses, job seekers and non-profits) on adtech solutions and thinking through integrated marketing campaign strategies. Prior to this, she was part of Facebook's EMEA Policy team developing the proactive strategy - that included Marketing, Communications and the Policy narrative.

Before Facebook, Nicole was an advisor in the UK’s Foreign Service and undertook long-term diplomatic assignments in Ghana, Sierra Leone and then for the UK's Prime Minister on Syria. Previously,  she worked at the World Bank, where she advised client countries on public sector reform.

Nicole has a strong interest in understanding the higher education landscape and was part of the UK’s Higher Education - convened by the Secretary of State for International Development - that advised the UK Government on strengthening partnerships between UK universities and those in emerging markets.
