Maggy is a Chinese-New Zealander who hopped across the ditch to study at the University of Melbourne. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in sociology and media & communications.

Whilst studying, she was involved in the University of Melbourne’s Telethon Appeal, first as a student caller and then as part of the leadership team. The appeal aims to connect current students with alumni to discuss philanthropic initiatives at the university they can support.

Through her career, Maggy hopes to help create a meaningful, positive impact in the world of higher education fundraising in Australia.

In her spare time, Maggy is either dabbling in poetry, playing board games or saving up for her next trip abroad!
