Luise Lampe joined the central stewardship office in Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) at Johns Hopkins almost 4 years ago. Prior to her time in Baltimore, she worked for more than 10 years at her alma mater, Heidelberg University, Germany, in research, teaching, and administrative positions.  As  Assistant Director of Donor Relations and Stewardship, Luise manages the logistics of the Founders Wall donor recognition program, runs an institution-wide Donor Relations Liaison Group, and leads the creation of metrics that inform more targeted and efficient stewardship.  She also volunteers as a member of the 2020 DAR Talent Conference planning group.
