Bobby Dunlap
Bobby Dunlap is the director of alumni engagement at the Northwestern Alumni Association. He oversees the programs team, managing events and programs that speak to the passions and interests of Northwestern alumni, including alumni education, career services, mentorship, kid-friendly, athletics, recent alumni, and student engagement. He started at Northwestern in 2014 as the associate director of recent alumni engagement, building programs and events to engage alumni who are ten years or fewer out from their undergraduate experience. He was promoted to senior associate director taking on the management of all recent alumni and student engagement. Prior to Northwestern, he served as the assistant director of student and young alumni relations at Loyola University Chicago and as the assistant director of student activities at Elon University. He has a Bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Ohio and a Master’s degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Ohio State.
Tracy McCabe
Tracy McCabe is the Associate Vice President in the Office of the President at University of Chicago. In this role, which he has held since 2018, Tracy serves as the Chief of Staff to the Executive Vice President in the Office of the President overseeing major capital projects, strategic projects, budget and resources. Prior to his current position, Tracy was the Executive Director for Alumni Relations for the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago where he led the transformation of alumni engagement at the world’s highest ranked business school. During his tenure he directed a team of 25 professionals across regional offices in the US, Europe, and Asia; led global alumni engagement, alumni lifelong learning initiatives, data analytics, student-alumni relations, communications, reunions, and enterprise events.
Helen Kim
Helen J. Kim is the Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement at Northwestern University. She manages the Northwestern Alumni Association’s digital career programs, including Northwestern Intersections, an award-winning career podcast where she interviews alumni about their career stories as the host and executive producer, and Career Webinar Series, a weekly webinar program where presenters are invited to share professional development skills. As a Northwestern alumna, she combines her experience from her alma mater and passion for helping people advance in their careers to curate cutting-edge programs for the alumni network. She received her Bachelor’s of Music in Percussion Performance and is finishing her Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Strategic Marketing and Digital Content Management through the Northwestern University’s School of Professional Studies.
Emmet Fitzgerald-Sullivan
Emmet Fitzgerald-Sullivan is the director of digital strategy at Northwestern University’s Alumni Relations and Development office, overseeing all digital communication with alumni, including email, web, and social media. He started at Northwestern in 2016 as the associate director of digital communications, managing the departments social media accounts and leveraging that audience on behalf of the alumni association and annual giving offices. Prior to Northwestern he was the web editor at Chicago magazine. He has both a Bachelor’s degree in journalism and a Master’s degree in integrated marketing communications from Northwestern.
