Martin is the Stewardship and Engagement Manager for the Ontario Agricultural College (OAC) advancement team where he strengthens the donor pipeline for OAC by ensuring donors are actively stewarded and engaged.
His proactive approach to moves management has resulted in the renewal and migration of OAC donors. During his time, the University secured our then-largest-ever gift, $20 million, and he was an essential part of stewardship team by taking the lead for the on-campus celebration of the gift announcement.
Outside of work, Martin volunteers his time with the LGBTQ+ community in Guelph.
