Conference Coronavirus Updates
CASE is closely monitoring updates from local, national, and global public health authorities regarding COVID-19. At present, the information does not suggest there is an imminent risk for participants at the Summit for Leaders in Advancement. You can view CASE’s official statement here.
The conference is proceeding as planned, and CASE is taking precautions, including closely monitoring information from local health officials, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). And although we are a friendly bunch, please recognize that a wave may be better than a handshake in this current environment.
However, we understand that many institutions are restricting travel for employees and are mindful of the strain on resources caused by this global event. For institutions that are restricting travel, or individuals who are experiencing illness due to the virus, CASE will be issuing a credit to be used at a future event for CASE conferences.
Should we decide to alter or cancel the conference, we will update the Summit for Leaders in Advancement webpage and send a message to currently registered participants.
