Continuing the conversation from last year’s joint District I/District II conference, this year’s keynote luncheon includes a stellar panel of individuals who are diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) leaders in our field. The panel will emphasize the need for equity-mindedness in our field, while also highlighting those who see the value of mentorship. Whether you have been doing the work and have been mentoring others in this space, or if you might be new to the field but have been bringing the principles of DEIB to your teams and your work, this panel offers an opportunity to hear the experiences of those across the spectrum of career levels and identities. This session would be considered a success if folks walked away feeling empowered, inspired, and as if they are not alone in the equity work they do in institutional advancement. This session will include a question and answer portion at the end.
