CASE COVID-19 Policies and Guidelines for U.S.
To promote safety and well-being, CASE will require all attendees, exhibitors, and staff to be fully vaccinated* for COVID-19 prior to participating in-person in any CASE conference or meeting in accordance with applicable law. Before you attend any in-person meeting hosted by CASE, you will be asked to provide proof of vaccination status via Crowdpass, a third-party health clearance site.
On the CrowdPass site you will agree to CASE’s COVID-19 guidelines, complete the vaccine verification process, and upload your vaccination document (except where prohibited by law). Once completed, you’ll receive an email with verification that you are cleared to attend. Attendees will given instructions and a specific conference or meeting link to CrowdPass as part of their regular pre-meeting communication.
All attendees, exhibitors, and staff will also be required to wear facemasks indoors except when speaking or presenting, when eating or drinking in designated areas, and/or as otherwise required by applicable law and guidance.
Also, all attendees and exhibitors will be asked to agree to the following Covid-19 policies and guidelines at point of registration:
By registering for this conference, I agree that I will carefully review and, during the event and all event-related activities, comply with all applicable COVID-19-related federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidance, including but not limited to, the specific local COVID-19 regulations, linked below, and any other protocols that may be implemented by CASE or the conference venue.
I acknowledge that CASE cannot guarantee that attendees will not be exposed to or contract COVID-19 while attending the conference, and that by attending they may be exposing or increasing their risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.
I understand that CASE will continue to closely monitor conditions related to COVID-19 between now and the start of the conference and that CASE reserves the right to modify its COVID-19 related procedures and health screening protocols in its sole discretion at any time. Registrants will be informed of any such changes on an ongoing basis. As a condition of attendance and participation, I agree to follow the protocols as required by CASE and/or the conference venue. Refusal to abide by CASE’s COVID-19 related procedures may result in ejection from the conference and cancellation of their registration, without refund.
*For purposes of its protocols, CASE utilizes the Centers for Disease and Prevention Control’s definition of ”fully vaccinated,” which may be found here: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/fully-vaccinated.html.
