Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by You:
Online event cancellation: Paid registrants who cancel their attendance at any time prior to the beginning of an online offering, CASE will issue a 100% registration credit that can be used within 12 months of the date of the event by anyone at the institution for any CASE program. Requests for cancellation must be emailed to [email protected].
Live, in person event cancellation:
Up to two weeks before a conference, registrants who email a cancellation request to [email protected] will receive a 100% registration credit that can be used within 12 months of the date of the conference by anyone at the institution for any CASE program.
Cancellations received less than two weeks ahead of the start date of the event and no-shows will forfeit all registration fees paid to CASE. *Exceptions may be made in cases of illness at CASE’s sole discretion.
Cancellation by CASE:
If CASE cancels or postpones a conference or online offering, CASE will automatically issue a 100% registration credit that can be used within 12 months of the date of the event by anyone at the institution for any CASE program.
In the event of cancellation or postponement by CASE, all registrants will be invited to consider donation of the registration fee credits back to CASE to further support its ongoing charitable and educational mission.
