Before joining us in Dallas, take these few steps to be prepared for a successful conference:

    1. Get approved for attendance by uploading your vaccination record to CrowdPass. CASE will be using CrowdPass technology to verify your health clearance for this event.  You’ll use THIS LINK, and once there, you’ll create a login and upload a photo of your vaccination record. CASE will receive a report furnished by Crowdpass that will tell us you’ve been approved and your check-in to the conference will be seamless.
    2. Make sure to bring hand sanitizer and an extra mask. We hope you’ll connect with lots of fellow attendees, but you’ll need to do so while wearing a mask as we continue to follow CDC guidance for large gatherings. Bring an extra in case it gets hot and bring hand sanitizer for navigating through the venue.
    3. Add on a Pre-Conference Workshop. Arrive early and jump-start your professional development. Separate registration is required to participate in the New to the Profession or Women's Leadership pre-conference workshops.

    4. Review this Helpful Hints Guide. What should I bring? What are great conversation starters for networking? What is there to do in Dallas? Our Helpful Hints Guide answers these questions and more.

    5. Get excited. CASE is looking forward to hosting you and we hope you are eager to see and learn from each other safely and responsibly. To help,  attendees will be asked to wear red, yellow and green wristbands that show attendees social distancing preferences. In addition, CASE will be implementing social distancing in large conference spaces. We will also follow all safety precautions put in place by the city and the hotel property. You can find additional safety measures and answers to frequently asked questions on the CASE policies section of the website.
