Each participant should have a minimum of five years’ experience in an advancement role, or be transitioning from a mid- or senior-level role in another profession.
Once registration has been completed, each participant will be asked to submit the following materials for admission to the Academy:
- Personal Statement— identifies areas for individual exploration, institutional and personal goals for participation, and defined objectives for the learning project.
- Letter of Recommendation from Supervisor
Registration includes participation in eight monthly online seminars facilitated by leading global advancement professionals, scheduled meetings in small cohort groups through an online community, and support of individual and institutional goals through a long-term learning project.
