Optional Transport:
CASE will arrange a coach to pick-up/drop off delegates from/to the following location:
- One-Way Transport from Southern Cross Coach Terminal to Yarra Valley Lodge, 26 Sep, 8:30 a.m. - AUD 40 / SGD 40 / USD 30
- One-Way Transport from Yarra Valley Lodge to Southern Cross Coach Terminal, followed by Melbourne Tullamarine Airport, 29 Sep, 3:00 p.m. - AUD 40 / SGD 40 / USD 30
- Two-Way Transport - AUD 80 / SGD 80 / USD 60
Notes:
For Thursday's (29 Sep) transport, there will be 2 drop off points. Delegates who are heading to the Southern Cross Coach Terminal will be dropped off first, followed by those who are heading to the Melbourne Tullamarine Airport.
Depending on traffic, It will take approximately 1hr-1hr30mins to travel to Southern Cross Coach Terminal, thereafter another 30mins-45mins to travel to the Melbourne Tullamarine Airport.
3:00 p.m.: Depart Yarra Valley Lodge
4:15 p.m.: Arrive Southern Cross Coach Terminal
5:10 p.m.: Arrive Melbourne Tullamarine Airport

- 5% fee reduction for 3 to 5 registrants from the same institution
- 10% fee reduction for 6 to 10 registrants from the same institution
- 15% fee reduction for more than 11 registrants from the same institution

- Registration must be made together online.
- The group discount will be applied automatically when you register online.
Cancellation Policy
If a paid registrant cancels prior to a conference or online offering, CASE will issue a 100% registration credit that can be used within 12 months of the date of the event by anyone at the institution for any CASE programme. Requests for cancellation must be emailed to [email protected] at least two weeks prior to the start of the event. At in-person conferences, badge swapping is not allowed and credits will not be issued for no-shows or for cancellations made within two weeks of the start of the event.
