    In this session we will look at where to begin with creating an alumni engagement strategy, defining your goals and articulating your objectives. With real life examples, including from the University of Bath, we will take a step by step approach, focussing on how to make a strategy work for your institution.

In this session you will learn about the Alumni Engagement Metrics survey and understand how to build the foundations for this annual benchmarking exercise into your day to day engagements. It will focus your activities and complement strategy delivery.
