Entries should be original illustrations using any medium, including paintings, drawings, digital creations, and photo illustrations. Entries can be a single illustration or a collection of illustrations that collectively tell a story. Judges will score the illustrations, as well as how they were used.
Required: Provide files showing the illustrations, as well as how they were used. For example: If you created three illustrations for a magazine story, provide the illustrations as well as the pages of the magazine in which they were used.
Judges will score nominations from 1 (lowest) to 10 (highest) in these five areas:
Overall concept and creativity
Design and layout
Effectiveness of use
Use of resources (budget, people, and time)
Judges also may consider:
Quality and clarity of nomination and supporting materials
Special circumstances/overcoming adversity
